How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

Generally, this varies from same day but is typically 5 to 10 days.

 Automation hardware is generally extremely reliable, however, if there is a problem with a part, it is covered with a full twelve-month factory warranty.

What sort of savings can we expect?

This varies on different products but can be up to 40% less than Australian list prices.

Are your products genuine and new?

PLC Hardware supplies, genuine sealed new products which can be supplied with the latest firmware when required. Refurbished parts are available on request, these also include a twelve-month warranty. PLC Hardware enforces a strict policy with it's suppliers to ensure that only genuine products are supplied.
